ScheduleMergeScheduleMerge

Complex scheduling, quietly handled.

Schedule the hard meetings the easy way: client sessions, internal team meetings, interview panels, research calls, and multi-guest scheduling. Merge finds times across calendars, timezones, team capacity, and scheduling constraints without exposing calendar details.

Used by consulting firms, recruiting teams, sales engineers, research labs, and agencies.

Team coordination

Private calendar sync, without the scheduling theater.

Hosts and attendees can connect Google Calendar or Outlook with complete privacy. Merge checks only free/busy availability: no event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, or private details, ever.

Human users never see anyone's calendar. They only see meeting times that work. No endless polls, no calendar screenshots, no coordinator compiling availability by hand across time zones.

Free/busy only

Merge uses availability windows, not event content.

No calendar exposure

Guests and attendees see workable meeting times, never your schedule.

Less manual coordination

The scheduling engine replaces the poll-by-poll availability chase.

More than client booking

ScheduleMerge handles the common meeting shapes that get messy when calendars, roles, groups, and time zones all matter at once.

Client meetings

Offer workable times without exposing anyone's calendar details.

Internal team meetings

Find time across busy teammates, shared calendars, and role constraints.

Multi-guest sessions

Coordinate groups, panels, participant batches, and meetings with more than one attendee.

How it works

Set up once, schedule many. Invite hosts, teammates, clients, candidates, or participants; Merge finds workable times across everyone's availability and scheduling rules.

Team hours only

Stick to your team's standard business hours. Guests filter and choose from what's available.

Built for your team

Wherever the problem is “many people, constrained time, hard capacity limits” — Merge handles it.

Frequently asked questions

How is Merge different from Calendly or Doodle?+
Calendly is great for 1-on-1 booking links. Doodle is great for polling a group for one meeting. Merge is built for the harder problem: scheduling many meetings across a whole team, with constraints like host categories, capacity limits, fair distribution, and multi-timezone support — all at once. It covers the simple booking-link and group-poll workflows too, but without stopping there.
Is Merge only for client meetings?+
No. Client scheduling is a core use case, but Merge is built for any meeting where multiple calendars, roles, constraints, or time zones make coordination hard: internal team meetings, interview panels, research sessions, sales demos, agency client work, and multi-guest scheduling.
Do my guests need to create an account?+
No. Guests receive a personalized link, pick a time, and they're done. No signup, no password, no calendar permissions required.
Do guests have to share their calendar?+
No. Only hosts connect their calendars (so the solver knows when they're busy). Guests simply choose from the available times — their schedule stays completely private.
Can hosts keep their calendar details private too?+
Yes. The solver only checks whether a host is free or busy at a given time. It never exposes what's on their calendar to anyone — not to other hosts, not to guests, and not to the meeting organizer.
How does the algorithm decide which times to offer?+
It considers host availability, guest-friendly hours in each timezone, host category rules, capacity limits, buffer time between meetings, and any must-meet or cannot-meet constraints you've set. The result is a curated set of slots that satisfy all your rules.
Can I control how many meetings each person gets?+
Yes. You can set per-host and per-guest meeting limits (minimum and maximum), daily caps per host, and overall slot generation limits. The solver respects all of these.
What if my team and guests are in different timezones?+
Merge handles this automatically. In the default mode, it finds times during each guest's reasonable hours (8 AM – 8 PM their time) that overlap with host availability. You can also allow certain hosts to flex their hours for distant guests.
Is Merge free?+
Merge is free to start. We're building pricing for larger teams — reach out if you have questions.
